Managing Alerts

The My Alerts page shows everything about your current and past alerts.

Getting there

Tap My Alerts in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

Active alerts

The Active tab shows alerts that are currently monitoring seats. Each alert card shows:

• The movie title and showtime
• Which seats you're monitoring (e.g., "A10, A11, B5")
• Your notification channel (push or SMS color tab)

Alert history

The History tab shows alerts that have already fired — seats that became available in the past 7 days. Each entry shows which seats opened up, when, and includes a direct link to book on the theatre's website.

Edit or cancel an alert

• Tap Edit on any active alert to change which seats you're monitoring
• Tap Cancel to stop monitoring and delete the alert

Alert expiry

Alerts automatically stop monitoring after the showtime has passed. You don't need to cancel them manually — they'll move to your history and stop checking.
